Mike, Chuck, and Julie come across Motorcity's "The Duke of Detroit," who Mike's disrespectful nature puts him at odds with. This behavior leads to negative reprocussions as the Duke places a bounty on the Burners' heads, and every rebel group in Motorcity wants to get their hands on it.

But before they can even install the part, the Duke comes and states his claim on the part. Mike tricks the Duke into a race with Chuck. The Burners win, they get all access rights to the junkyards, If the Duke wins, he gets Mutt. The only rule is that Chuck has to be behind the wheel for the race. One problem, Chuck can't drive.
