Crashlanding in Chicago, the renegade rodents soon discover the Plutarkians next target: EARTH. Led by his supreme chessiness, Lawrence Limburger, and his devilish cohorts, Greasepit and the fiendish Dr. Karbunkle, the Plutarkians are already undermining the Windy City.
